TESTIMONIALS
“Green EconoME has been and continues to be proactive and very detailed on working on our behalf. Their team has integrated with us seamlessly and has added efficiency to our efforts. The team helped Rexford with our various energy benchmarking requirements. When we had problems with getting the relevant utility information, they took care of it right away.”
Marika at Green EconoME is fabulous. She is an expert in her field, delivers what she promises and was able to gather an excellent team to achieve energy savings.
We wanted a building that would be able to meet the demands of the next 20 years in terms of energy consumption and a modern look to appeal to new tenants. We plan to own the building for the long-haul, so it was important to reduce operating costs immediately and on an on-going basis.
“Thank you, Marika and your spectacular team! We have dramatically improved our Energy Star score by installing low-flow toilets, shower heads and replacing aerators. The lighting throughout our common areas and parking garage has also been completely replaced and now we are energy efficient.”
“We have worked with Marika Erdely and the team at Green EconoME for several years and are very happy with the service they provide and the results. They have efficiently managed our benchmarking process and we have never had to worry about anything.”
“Marika is quite knowledgeable in her industry and very easy to work with. Her staff is also knowledgeable and helpful which is definitely a reflection of her being a great business owner/leader.”
