We take care to benchmark your property accurately, not only providing valuable data to the city, but valuable insight to your stakeholders on the performance of your building(s). Once the building is benchmarked, we submit the report directly to the enforcing party and your compliance is complete. During our consultation, we review the benchmarking data, highlighting any areas of concern and opportunities for savings.
