PACE is an innovative approach to assess the property’s tax bill with the energy efficiency improvements. This means there is ultimately no cash outlay for the cost of the improvements. In some cases, the building owner will be reimbursed for money spent.
We can connect you with a PACE Financier and help you enroll in the program, which includes a credit check. The process also includes confirmation that your lender will allow the building to be involved in the program since the assessment becomes the first lien holder.
