VCA Green manages energy and water efficiency projects throughout a building’s life cycle, from early design through project implementation by working with trusted partners to implement technology-driven solutions. As owner representatives, we act as a member of the team, advocating for the building owner’s needs and overseeing capital improvements. Our in-house certified energy managers (CEM) and energy modelers optimize building upgrades to perform as efficiently as possible. After implementation, we provide post-installation measurements and verification (M&V) and on-going analysis, as well as identify incentive programs to fund the project costs. Planning your property’s efficiency throughout its entire life cycle will help you meet compliance with local ordinances and reduce operating costs. High-performing buildings have stronger market value, higher tenant retention, and improved conditions for occupants.
