Mabell is recognized as a creative energy industry leader with a track record of turning complex business and policy initiatives into compelling customer-focused strategies. Mabell’s expertise includes the development of clean energy programs that incorporate multiple distributed energy resources such as energy efficiency, demand response, renewable energy and / or storage offerings. Ms. Paine is a Team Lead with the Association of Women in Water, Energy and Environment (AWWEE) and a formal member of the Underserved Customers Working Group of the California Energy Efficiency Coordinating Committee (CAEECC).
