Fitwel Healthy Building Certification
Fitwel is a relatively new certification system, developed by a collaboration between the CDC and the GSA, that was first brought to the market in March 2017.
ENERGY STAR Certification
ENERGY STAR Certification proves that a building performs better than at least 75% of similar buildings nationwide. If the certificate application gets approved by the EPA, the building receives an ENERGY STAR Certified decal.
