SOLSTICE HOA: LED LIGHTING AUDIT & RETROFIT

Green Econome performed an energy audit and benchmarking report for the Solstice Homeowner’s Association. The audit revealed that the lighting in the underground parking garage was insufficient and near end of life. In addition, the aging lamps were different colors, detracting from the quality of this prominent resort property in Mammoth, CA.

The existing fluorescent and incandescent bulbs were replaced with LED lamps, which were consistent in color temperature and significantly brighter than before, eliminating any safety and aesthetic concerns. The retrofit saved the HOA approximately $2,900 per year, resulting in a 15-month payback.
