Green Econome identified lighting, HVAC, and thermostat systems that could be upgraded for financial and energy savings. The retrofit included new ballast bypass LEDs throughout the interior of all three plants, occupancy sensors to minimize burn hours in unoccupied space, and wireless, programmable thermostats that would allow for remote monitoring and control.
