WOODRUFF VILLAGE: MULTIFAMILY EFFICIENCY RETROFIT

After refinancing another multifamily asset, the building owner began investing in energy and water efficiency portfolio-wide. Green Econome identified that aging equipment serving this entire property was starting to weather and break down.

Our retrofit solution included upgrading the domestic hot water (DHW) heaters and pipe insulation. LED lighting was installed across the whole building and underwater pool lighting. Low-flow water fixtures were installed in-unit for additional gas and water savings. The SoCalREN incentive program covered 74% of the project cost.
