Through a whole-building LED lighting retrofit, Green Econome saved the property owner 21% in energy and nearly half the project cost through the LADWP CLIP incentive. In addition, water sub-metering shaved 93% off sewer charges, with a five-month payback period. The ENERGY STAR® benchmarking score has improved from 68 to 84, making this property eligible for ENERGY STAR Certification.
