The Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) has released a notice regarding the Existing Buildings Energy and Water Efficiency Ordinance (EBEWE).

PACE is an innovative approach to assess the property’s tax bill with the energy efficiency improvements. This means there is ultimately no cash outlay for the cost of the improvements.
